Desktop Technical Field Support
This service is designed to assist districts in their day-to-day support of technology within their school district. Providing on-site support and utilizing centralized software tools for day to day activities allows the WNYRIC technology staff (technicians and engineers) to more efficiently support the technology needs of the district. The tools used in this service provide a more secure environment through centralized patch management critical to the security and management of your desktops and applications. This centralized model, through remote desktop control, can reduce the desk side visits by technicians increasing the efficiency of addressing and trouble shooting end user support issues.
Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)
EMM software secures, monitors, manages and supports mobile devices deployed across an organization. District participants will be trained in EMM functionality; including but not limited to, securing and monitoring devices, over-the-air distribution of data, apps and configuration settings, and application management for mobile devices.
Extended Classroom Service (ECS)
ECS allows students to safely study, learn, and collaborate on homework and class assignments while travelling to-and-from school, home, convalescing, at school-sponsored sporting events and field trips. ECS expands learning opportunities by by extending secure digital connectivity to end users. These technologies provide connectivity to students and staff through mobile wireless routers and end-points. All connections are encrypted and CIPA compliant filtered content.
